“There is no wrong way to work these steps, except alone.”(paraphrase)
If possible, it is advised to find a sponsor or step group(a group of people who work the steps together) before starting this workbook.
The Laundry Lists Workbook
Tony A’s(the founder of ACA) alternate workbook for working the 12 Steps in ACA.
He outlines his reasons for writing these steps in this youtube video.
This workbook is sometimes referred to in meetings as the more advanced workbook of the two.
